What you will need

Every Friday people from all sorts of businesses, professions and trades visit one of our weekly meetings.

All visitors will be welcomed and there is nothing better than participation to see for oneself how word of mouth referrals can be one of the most powerful and cost effective ways of getting new business.

If you haven’t already been invited by one of our members, please contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange an invitation; we would be delighted to hear from you.

What to expect

We start the main meeting at 6.45am, and it typically finishes at 8.15am.

We then head to the restaurant for breakfast together where many opportunities for business are exchanged.

Below is a more detailed overview of what to expect:

6.15am-6.45am
Open Networking over Coffee and Tea; introductions and a chance to mingle and chat with current members and fellow visitors.

6.45am
The President opens the meeting and the Leadership Team and Membership Committee is introduced.

7.00am-7.45am
Each member spends 60 seconds briefly educating other members and visitors about the service they provide, what sort of referrals they are looking for, and the contributions they have for other members.

After this, you together with other visitors also have the same opportunity to talk about your business for 60 seconds.

7.45am-7.55am
10 minute presentation; one member each week is given an opportunity to present a more detailed overview of their business.

7.55am-8.10am
Member referral round. An opportunity for members to make their fellow members aware of what business they have referred.

8.10am-8.15am
Announcements, close of meeting.

8.15am onwards
Breakfast and networking.

What to think about before the meeting

To make the most of your visit to our meeting please prepare the following:

A 60-second synopsis of your business
You will also get a chance to tell us what area of business you are in and how we could help you. We believe specific is terrific so, also finish your synopsis with a clear indication of whom you would want to work with.

A bit of prior knowledge
As you are already on this site why not take a look at our members page? You might be able to identify some potential suppliers along with clients you could introduce to members at the meeting.
